All warranty service is performed at our service center and is carried out by our expertly trained for 40 years master watchmakers. In some cases, timepieces are sent to the original manufacturer for warranty service.

The Certified Pre-Owned Watches Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or other normal wear.

LIFE TIME BUY BACK / TRADE-IN TERMS AND CONDITION

All of our watches that are entitled for guaranteed life time buy back and trade in shall be in a reasonable condition for resell

Each watch must meet these conditions :

1. All glasses must be without scratches or in good condition or to be replaced at your cost.

2. All leather must be in reasonable condition or to be replaced at your cost.

3. Movement and functionality of mechanism must be in workable condition.

4. Does not have excessive devaluation in market value due to year end discounts or similar.

MALAYSIA SHIPPING OPTION

Shipping within Malaysia is free.

Clause: Apart from shipping charges, the customer is responsible and liable for all custom duties, import tax, broker fees or other possible additional custom handling charges. Duties and import taxes are only applicable to certain countries. Please check with your local custom department for these possible charges.
