PAYMENT
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Cheque: Please note that it would normally take about 72 hours for a cheque payment to
clear. We will proceed with your delivery once we receive the cheque payment
confirmation from bank. Please provide us the Proof of Payment in order for us to acknowledge receipt of your payment.
Online Banking: Please send us the snapshot of the successful transaction receipt. We will proceed with the delivery or you can only pick up the watch from our shop once payment is cleared.
ATM Deposit: Please send us a snapshot of the bank in slip. We will proceed with the delivery or you can only pick up the watch from our shop once payment is cleared.
We reserve the right to hold the watch/watches until full payment is cleared.

You can pay for your order through an automatic debit (GIRO – 2-3 working days or Instant Transfer) to our bank accounts via Internet Banking. With this option, you can cash in to any of the following banks:

DELIVERY
MALAYSIA SHIPPING OPTION
Shipping to all regions of Malaysia is free via Poslaju.
You will receive a confirmation text from Wing Wah Watch once your order has been shipped. If you suspect that an error has occur on your order, kindly contact us with your name and order number. A Wing Wah Watch representative will reply within 1-2 business days.
The goods will be delivered to your doorsteps within 3 – 10 working days, upon confirmation of order and availability of stock.
All of Wing Wah Watch orders will be shipped via Pos Laju with trackable service to ensure that you will receive your orders safely and on time. Upon successful shipment, you will be given a unique tracking number for your easy delivery tracking.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION
Shipping internationally is available at your expense via FedEx only. Please contact us at [email protected] to get a shipping quote by providing your country, city and postal/zipcode.
You will receive a confirmation email from Wing Wah Watch once your order has been shipped. If you suspect that an error has occur on your order, kindly contact us with your name, email and contact number. A Wing Wah Watch representative will reply within 1-2 business days.
The goods will be delivered to your doorsteps typically within 5 – 14 working days, upon confirmation of order and payment clearance.
All of Wing Wah Watch orders will be shipped via FedEx Standard Economy with trackable service to ensure that you will receive your orders safely and on time. Upon successful shipment, you will be given a unique tracking number for your easy delivery tracking.
Please take note that the customer is responsible and liable for
all custom duties, import tax, broker fees or other possible additional custom
handling charges. Duties and import taxes are only applicable to certain
countries. Please check with your local custom department for these possible
charges.
FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Box or mailbox addresses.
Wing Wah Watch only ships on Monday to Friday (exclude weekends and public holidays).
Please be sure that an authorized adult will be at the shipping address given to
sign for your package. Wing Wah Watch is not responsible for lost or stolen if
there is nobody at the shipping address given to sign for your package when the couriers attempt or if the package was signed by an UN-authorized party at that address.
Wing Wah Watch is not responsible for any package lost or damaged if consignee signed and accepted the package. If your order is being delivered to an office, hotel, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of receptionists, and similar upon delivery and we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order upon their signature/acceptance.
There may be delivery delays due to the customs delay, incorrect address, public holiday, and unability to locate the address that may be unexpected and are beyond our control.
